Yamaha TTR230 baffle end cap with high flow screen type Spark Arrestor
Replace your restrictive stock baffle/spark arrestor with our CNC machined Baffle-Cap!
- Increases HP, torque and throttle response across the whole RPM range.
- Produces a deep slightly louder than stock exhaust note.
- CNC machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum.
- 341 gram weight reduction! (Stock weight 419g, Baffle-Cap weight 78g)
- Includes stainless steel spark arrestor, stainless hardware, and gasket.
Re-jetting not required, but suggested for optimal gains.
Simple installation:
- Remove stock baffle.
- Install gasket then spark arrestor then cap.
- Tighten with supplied stainless screws.
