Safety Wire Drill Jig (SWDJ) (unfinished)
Allows users to drill 1/16 holes across the point or flat of various-sized hex and round-headed fasteners.

As requested, I am offering some unfinished SWDJs to customers who are handy with a drill, grinder, and press. The unfinished drill jigs do not include the necessary five drill bushings (these can be purchased from McMaster-Carr). The 5/32 bushing holes might need to be re-drilled/reamed to clean up the black oxide coating.
(2) Press-Fit Drill Bushing, 0.0625" ID, 5/32" OD, 3/8" Long
(3) Press-Fit Drill Bushing, 0.0625" ID, 5/32" OD, 1/2" Long
- One of these will need to be grounded to a 30-degree angle.
